ORDINANCE NO. 90-2-4372
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND
WORLDWIDE HOBBIES, INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1708
BROADWAY
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah is owner of certain
real property located at 1708 Broadway; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire, intent and plan of the
City of Paducah to lease the aforesaid tract of real
property, together with the building and related facilities,
to Worldwide Hobbies, Inc.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute a Lease Agreement with Worldwide
Hobbies, Inc. for certain real property owned by the City of
Paducah, which is located at 1708 Broadway.
SECTION 2. This Lease Agreement is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference herein as if fully set J
out in its entirety.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
