ORDINANCE NO. 90-2-4370
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO APPROVE A
V LEASE AND LICENSE ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN THE PADUCAH
AIRPORT CORPORATION AND NEW OHIO VALLEY AVIATION FOR THE Imo,
BARKLEY REGIONAL AIRPORT, LOCATED IN MCCRACKEN COUNTY,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized and
directed to approve a Lease and License entered into by and
between the Paducah Airport Corporation, Lessor, and New
Ohio Valley Aviation, Lessee, for lease of the Barkley
Regional Airport, located in McCracken County, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. This Lease and License is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference herein as if fully set
out in its entirety.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication ofj
title and a certified summary thereof.
