ORDINANCE NO. 90-2-4369
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
PAY ASPHALT PAVING, INC. THE AMOUNT OF $11,630.50 FOR SEWER \'
REPAIRS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is authorized to
pay to Asphalt Paving, Inc. the amount of $11,630.50 for
sewer repairs at Perkins Creek and at 5th & Husband Street.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
the Sewer Depreciation and Extension Account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
