ORDINANCE NO. 90-9-4495
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
PURCHASE PAPER, INC. THE SUM OF $6,270.00 FOR CITY TAX FORMS
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has purchased tax
forms for 1990-91 taxes on real and personal property and
employee license fees; and
WHEREAS, time is of the essence in order to have
tax bills prepared and mailed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to pay Purchase Paper, Inc. the sum of $6,270.00
for its supply of city tax forms and employee license fee
forms.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account Number 12-500-120-302.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
