ORDINANCE NO. 90-8-4490
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE WHEEL
BALANCER & ACCESSORIES AND ONE TIRE CHANGER FROM FMC COR-
PORATION A.S.E.D. IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,109.00, FOR THE VE-
HICLE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
WHEREAS, this equipment is available under State
Contract No. 189-0071, and competitive bidding is not
required.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah is authorized
to purchase one wheel balancer and accessories and one tire
changer in the amount of $6,109.00 from FMC Corporation for
use by the Vehicle Maintenance Department.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said equipment
shall be charged to Account No. 10-500-510-514.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
