ORDINANCE NO. 90-8-4488
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.51, APPENDIX A -
ZONING, OF THE 1976 PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sec. 20.51, Appendix A - Zoning,
of the 1976 Paducah Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Sec. 20.51 Kennel: Any lot or premises on which
dogs or small animals,/At/10A4t/fS6"/XAX
are kept for commercial or sale purposes. A
noncommercial kennel at, in, or adjoining a private
residence where hunting or other dogs are kept for the hobby
of the householder (i.e., hunting, tracking or exhibiting)
or for guarding or protecting the householder's property is
permitted in residential zoning districts provided that such
dogs or small animals do not constitute a nuisance to the
neighborhood."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
