ORDINANCE NO. 90-10-4525
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF AAA HEATING &
AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,125.00 FOR
STREET DEPARTMENT HVAC SYSTEM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the
AAA Heating & Air Conditioning Company in the amount of
$5,125.00 for Street Department HVAC system, said bid being
in substantial compliance with the bid specifications, and
as contained in the bid of AAA Heating & Air Conditioning
Company, dated September 11, 1990.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to
execute a contract with AAA Heating & Air Conditioning
Company for Street Department HVAC system, authorized in
Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid
proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and
incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-160-257.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
