AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF HANNIN ROOFING &
SHEET METAL COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,792.00 FOR
RE -ROOFING FLOODWALL PUMP PLANT NOS. 2, 5, 7 AND 12, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the
bid of Hannin Roofing & Sheet Metal Company in the amount of
$11,792.00 for re -roofing floodwall pump plant nos. 2, 5, 7
and 12, said bid being in substantial compliance with the
bid specifications authorized by the Board of Commissioners
and as contained in the bid of Hannin Roofing & Sheet Metal
Company of August 8, 1990.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to
execute a contract.with Hannin Roofing & Sheet Metal Company
for re -roofing floodwall pump plants nos. 2, 5, 7 & 12,
authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifica-
tions, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore
approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-320-514.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
