ORDINANCE NO. 90-10-4516
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF LOVELACEVILLE
NURSERY IN THE AMOUNT OF $11.50 PER TON FOR SLUDGE AND
$145.00 PER ACRE FOR DISKING AT THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY
LANDFILL, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the
bid of Lovelaceville Nursery in the amount of $11.50 per
ton for sludge and $145.00 per acre for disking approxi-
mately six acres at the Paducah -McCracken County Landfill,
said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid
specifications, and as contained in the bid of Lovelaceville
Nursery, dated September 13, 1990.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to
execute a contract with Lovelaceville Nursery for sludge and
disking as authorized in Section 1 above, according to the
specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 14-500-425-710.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
