ORDINANCE NO. 90-10-4515
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $6,742.50 TO H & G CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR
RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT USED AT THE LANDFILL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is authorized
to pay the sum of $6,742.50 to H & G Construction Company
for rental of equipment used at the landfill.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 14-500-425-710.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full
