ORDINANCE NO. 90-9-4506
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF FIVE
TELEPHONES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT FROM SOUTH CENTRAL BELL
IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,602.68 FOR USE IN GENERAL GOVERNMENT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
WHEREAS, this equipment is available under State
Contract No. 090-9889, and competitive bidding is not
required.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah is authorized
to purchase five telephones and associated equipment from
South Central Bell in the amount of $5,602.68, for use by
General Government.
SECTION 2. This purchase shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-150-253.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
