ORDINANCE NO. 90-9-4504
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF 9MM
AMMUNITION FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT EQUIPMENT COMPANY IN THE
AMOUNT OF $5,394.90 FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME

WHEREAS, this equipment is available under State
Contract No. 090-1219, and competitive bidding is not
required.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah is authorized
to purchase 9mm ammunition in the amount of $5,394.90 from
Law Enforcement Equipment Company for use by the Police
Department.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said equipment
shall be charged to Account No. 10-500-210-317.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
