ORDINANCE NO. 90-9-4503
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF MR. O'S
SPORTING GOODS IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,474.60 FOR THE PURCHASE
OF HOLSTERS AND MAGAZINE POUCHES FOR USE BY THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION.1. That the City accept the proposal of
Mr. O's Sporting Goods in the amount of $5,474.60 for the
purchase of 86 holsters and 80 magazine pouches for use by
the Police Department, in accordance with bid specifica-
tions, and as contained in the proposal of Mr. O's Sporting
Goods.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to
execute a contract with Mr. O's Sporting Goods for the
purchase of holsters and magazine pouches as authorized in
Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. Account No. 10-500-210-316 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two.
separate days and will become effective upon publication
of title and a certified summary thereof.
