AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO
PAY HARRAH'S HOSE & HYDRAULICS, INC. THE SUM OF $3,978.00

FOR CYLINDER REPAIRS ON END LOADER FOR THE REFUSE DEPART-
MENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is authorized
to pay the sum of $3,978.00 to Harrah's Hose & Hydraulics,
Inc. for cylinder repairs on end loader for the Refuse
Department.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 14-500-420-309.
SECTION 3. In order to avoid paying delinquent
charges on this expenditure, an emergency is hereby de-
clared to exist and this ordinance will become effective
immediately with one reading.
