AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AFFILIATE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENTS WITH PADUCAH AREA TRANSIT,
PADUCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY E-911, AND PADUCAH-McCRACKEN
COUNTY JOINT SEWER AGENCY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH' S BENEFIT PROGRAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1 That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute affiliate
participation agreements with Paducah Area Transit, Paducah -McCracken County E-911,
and Paducah -McCracken County Joint Sewer Agency for participation in the City of
Paducah's benefit program.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
