AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR PRO
TEM TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH CLIFFORD
A. BRUMLEY D/B/A B -CREST ENTERPRISES,
FOR SERVICES RELATED TO THE ANALYSIS OF
CITY TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS AND
POLICIES, PROCEDURES, OR MODIFICATIONS
THERETO WHICH WILL ACTUALIZE COST
SAVINGS TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH
( WHEREAS, this contract is being entered into as a
result of noncompetitive negotiation under Section 26-21 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah; and
WHEREAS, said contract is for the procurement of
professional and technical service services offered by
Clifford A. Brumley, d/b/a B -Crest Enterprises;
KENTUCKY:
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
SECTION 1. That the Mayor Pro Tem be, and hereby
is, authorized to execute a contract with Clifford A.
Brumley, d/b/a B -Crest Enterprises in the form attached
hereto, for the procurement of services related to the
analysis of City telecommunication systems and policies,
procedures, or modifications thereto which will actualize
cost savings to the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
account number 01-009-999.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
