ORDINANCE NO. 93-1-1/ 02.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR PROTEM OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT,'BETWEEN THE CITY
OF PADUCAH AND THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT BARGAINING UNIT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor Protem is hereby authorized to
execute an Agreement between the City of Paducah and the
Paducah Police Bargaining Unit; a true and correct copy of the
aforesaid Agreement is attached hereto.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be retroactive to
June 1, 1992.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
