AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-51, CIVIL SERVICE,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 10-51 Ordinances of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 10-51. Human Resources Department.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the
following positions in the Human Resources department of the
City of Paducah and the salary of each position that shall be
paid upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of
service, in this position, and upon recommendation of the City
Manager:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate
days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant
