HomeMy WebLinkAbout93-2-4909ORDINANCE NO. 93-2-4909 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 2-47, NONCIVIL SERVICE GENERALLY, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 2-47, Noncivil Service Employees, Generally, of the Code of Ordinanc- es of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 2-47. Noncivil service employees generally. (a) The monthly or hourly rate of compensation of the following noncivil service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set opposite the designation of such employment, upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of service in this position, and upon recommendation of the City Manager: Position Asst. The Deputy Building and Deputy Electrical Inspector Trainee shall be promoted to the Civil Service position of Deputy Building and Deputy Electrical Inspector upon receiving necessary State certifications for the position of Deputy Building or Deputy Electrical Inspector. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
