ORDINANCE NO. 93-2-4907
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR PROTEM TO ENTER
INTO AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND THE PADUCAH POWER SYSTEM FOR AN ENCROACHMENT UPON
CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, the Paducah Power System is the owner of
certain real property located at 1500 Broadway; and
WHEREAS, the Paducah Power System has requested from
the City of Paducah permission to use a portion of City
right-of-way to place an after hours mail drop box located at
1500 Broadway, which will encroach upon and utilize a portion
of the grass plot located within right-of-way of Broadway.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor Protem is hereby authorized to
enter into an Encroachment Agreement with the Paducah Power
System for placing an after hours mail drop box located at 1500
Broadway, which will encroach upon and utilize a portion of the
grass plot located within right-of-way of Broadway.
SECTION 2. Said Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
