ORDINANCE NO. 93-2-4905
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR PROTEM TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF RURAL AND MUNICIPAL AID,
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
FOR MAINTENANCE, RECONSTRUCTION, OR CONSTRUCTION OF CITY
STREETS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor Protem is hereby
authorized to execute a contract between the Department of
Rural and Municipal Aid, Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, for maintenance, reconstruction, or
construction of city streets. This contract is attached hereto
and incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
