AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO ENTER
INTO A HOME FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH
KENTUCKY HOUSING CORPORATION WHEREBY THE
CITY IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THE
AGGREGATE SUM OF $215,000.00 TO BE USED
UNDER THE KENTUCKY HOME INVESTMENT
PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM ("HOME").
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED THAT:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah, Kentucky, is
authorized and directed to entered into a home building
agreement with Kentucky Housing Corporation whereby the City
is eligible to receive the aggregate sum of $215,000.00 to
be used under the Kentucky Home Investment Partnerships
Program ("Home").
SECTION 2. The Mayor Pro Tem is hereby authorized
and directed to execute the aforesaid Home Funding Agreement
and any and all other documents which may be reasonably
necessary for the City to participate in the Home program.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
account number
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title or a certified summary thereof.
