IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,000.00 FOR THE REHABILITATION OF FOUR TENNIS COURTS IN BOB NOBLE PARK, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the proposal of Pavement Maintenance Inc., in the total amount of $15,000.00 for the rehabilitation of four tennis courts in Bob Noble Park. Said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications and as contained in the proposal of Pavement Maintenance, Inc. SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Pavement Maintenance, Inc. for the rehabilitation of four tennis courts in Bob Noble Park, as set out in Section 1 above, according to the specification, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid. SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 01-24-02-415. SECTION 4. In order to complete this project before temperatures rise, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance will become effective with one reading.
