ORDINANCE NO. 93-6-4950
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE
PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION
OF PROPERTY AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF JOE PITTARD LOCATED ON 3475
SAVOY CIRCLE AND 1112 ROBINWOOD DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission, at a
meeting held on May 17, 1993, adopted as a preliminary report a
plat of the proposed subdivision of property and development
plan of Joe Pittard located on 3475 Savoy Circle and 1112
Robinwood Drive, and by Resolution dated May 17, 1993,
recommended to the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, the adoption of an ordinance approving the
final plat of said subdivision reflected thereon.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah
Planning Commission on May 17, 1993, entitled, "A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING
COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY AND
DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF JOE PITTARD LOCATED ON 3475 SAVOY CIRCLE
AND 1112 ROBINWOOD DRIVE," be approved as the final report of
said Commission respecting the matters set forth therein.
SECTION 2. That the subdivision of said property
shall be, and it is hereby, approved as shown on the plat
referred to in said subdivision, which plat is entitled, "Joe
Pittard - Preliminary Development Plan and Subdivision," and
said property is hereby declared to be subdivided as shown on
said plat.
SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or
provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative,
ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or
invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not
affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it
being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and
every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from
all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 4�4.
