ORDINANCE NO. 93-%6-4947
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF RURAL AND MUNICIPAL AID,
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
FOR PLACING BITUMINOUS SURFACE ON COLEMAN ROAD FROM U.S. 60 AND
EXTENDING NORTHERLY TO CHARTER OAK ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a contract between the Department of Rural and
Municipal Aid, Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, for placing bituminous surface on Coleman
Road from U.S. 60 and extending northerly to Charter Oak Road.
This contract is attached hereto and incorporated by reference
as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
