AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CITY OF
PADUCAH HOME RESIDENTIAL ANTIDISPLACEMENT AND
RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PLAN AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah hereby approves and adopts the City of Paducah Home Residential
( AntiDisplacement and Relocation Assistance Plan in the form attached
hereto.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
above -referenced plan.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate
days and will become effective upon publication of title or a certified
summary thereof.
