ORDINANCE NO 93-7-4970
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN
ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND
WESTERN BAPTIST HOSPITAL FOR AN ENCROACHMENT UPON THE CITY RIGHT-
OF-WAY
0WHEREAS, Western Baptist Hospital are the owners of
certain realro ert located in Paducah, McCracken County,

Kentucky; and
WHEREAS, Western Baptist Hospital has requested from
the City of Paducah permission to use a portion of City right-of-
way of Broadway to extend cable to link computer and telephone
lines with the Medical Arts building, which encroachment is
insignificant in nature.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. The Mayor is authorized to enter into an
Encroachment Agreement with Western Baptist Hospital to utilize a
portion of the right-of-way of Broadway to extend cable to link
computer and telephone lines with the Medical Arts building, on
City right-of-way, which encroachment shall be pursuant to the
terms and conditions contained in said Encroachment Agreement.
SECTION 2. Said Encroachment Agreement is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publication
pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
