HomeMy WebLinkAbout93-6-4961161 ORDINANCE NO. 93-6-4961 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF JOE SHANE LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF RIGGLESBERGER LANE AND STONEBROOK DRIVE INTERSECTION WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission, at a meeting held on June 7, 1993, adopted as a preliminary report a plat of the proposed subdivision of property of Joe Shane located on the southeast corner of Rigglesberger Lane and Stonebrook Drive intersection and by Resolution dated June 21, 1993, recommended to the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, the adoption of an ordinance approving the final plat of said subdivision reflected thereon. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Commission on June 21, 1993, entitled, "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF JOE SHANE LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF RIGGLESBERGER LANE AND STONEBROOK INTERSECTION," be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters set forth therein. SECTION 2. That the subdivision of said property shall be, and it is hereby, approved as shown on the plat referred to in said subdivision, which plat is entitled, "Stonebrook Estates Phase III Subdivision Plan," and said property is hereby declared to be subdivided as shown on said plat. SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424. MCKINNEY LOCATED ON MONROE STREET BETWEEN 30TH AND 31ST STREETS WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission, at a meeting held on June 7, 1993, adopted as a preliminary report a plat of the proposed subdivision of property of Jack S. McKinney located on Monroe Street between 30th and 31st Streets and by Resolution dated June 21, 1993, recommended to the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, the adoption of an ordinance approving the final plat of said subdivision reflected thereon. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1.
