AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH J. PATRICK KERR, TO PROVIDE ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES FOR RENOVATION OF THE BRANNON BUILDING AT 400 SOUTH
SIXTH STREET FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
l SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the proposal
of J. Patrick Kerr to provide architectural services for the
renovation of the Brannon Building at 400 South Sixth Street
for the City of Paducah Police Department.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
an Agreement with J. Patrick Kerr for architectural services
for renovation of the Brannon Building as contained in Section
1 above. This contract is attached hereto and incorporated by
reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter.424.
