HomeMy WebLinkAbout93-8-4979190 ORDINANCE NO. 93-8-491q 4 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF G.P.E.D.C., INC., LOCATED IN AN AREA BETWEEN U.S. HIGHWAY 60 AND U.S. HIGHWAY 62 . r WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission, at a meeting held on June 21, 1993, adopted as a preliminary report a plat of the proposed subdivision of property of G.P.E.D.C., Inc., located in an area between U.S. Highway 60 and U.S. Highway 62 and by Resolution dated July 19, 1993, recommended to the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, the adoption of an ordinance approving the final plat of said subdivision reflected thereon; and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners previously accepted a performance bond per ordinance no. 92-9-4839; and WHEREAS, any and all site improvements, requirements and installations required by S-5 of the Paducah Subdivision Regulations shall be covered by said performance bond. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Commission on July 19, 1993, entitled, "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING > COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF G.P.E.D.C., INC., LOCATED IN AN AREA BETWEEN U.S. HIGHWAY 62 AND U.S. HIGHWAY 60," be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters set forth therein. SECTION 2. That the subdivision of said property shall be, and it is hereby, approved as shown on the plat referred to in said subdivision, which plat is entitled, "Paducah Information Age Park Resubdivison of Section VII U.S. Highway at McCracken Boulevard," and said property is hereby declared to be subdivided as shown on said plat. SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions. 191 SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon summary.:, publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
