ORDINANCE NO. 93-8-x(119
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH H & G CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
THE COLEMAN ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $1,321,336.98
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah requested bids for the
construction of the Coleman Road Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, H & G Construciton, Inc. submitted a bid for
the construction of the Coleman Road Improvement Project that
will provide the necessary work to complete the project
according to the request for bids.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
an Agreement with H & G Construction, Inc. for the construction
of the Coleman Road Improvement Project in the amount not to
exceed $1,321,336.98. This agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 55-33-05-470.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
