ORDINANCE NO. 93-11- SDa 2
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT FOR
LIBRARIES AND ARCHIVES FOR A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,000
TO RESTORE TWO HISTORIC CITY OF PADUCAH MAPS FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
�I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized
and directed to execute an Agreement with the Kentucky
Department for Libraries and Archives for a grant in the
amount of $3,000.00 to restore two historic City of Paducah
maps for the Department of Environmental and Engineering
Services. This Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. In order to complete this project
within the time frame allowed by the selected vendor, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
will become effective with one reading.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published
by summary pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
