ORDINANCE NO. 93-10-1®2-f-
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $87,263.70 WITH H &
G CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INC. FOR FURNISHING AND INSTALLING THE
SEWER SYSTEM AT STINESPRING ESTATES SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with H & G
Construction Company Inc. for furnishing and installing
p, Stinespring Estates sewer system; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 consists of changes
required by the Division of Water for various construction
changes and an additional sewer line to Stinespring Estates
Subdivision.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$87,263.70 with H & G Construction Company Inc. for changes
required by the Division of Water for various construction
changes and an additional sewer line to Stinespring Estates
Subdivision. This Change Order is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with H & G
Construction Company Inc. is increased to $913,336.60.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 55-33-05-470.
SECTION 4. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publica-
tion pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
