AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93-6-4956
ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1993, THROUGH JUNE
30, 1994, BY ESTIMATING REVENUES AND RESOURCES AND
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF CITY GOVERNMENT"
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to reappropriate
funds for the 1993-94 budget; and
WHEREAS, KRS prohibits expenses to exceed the budget
in any department.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The annual budget for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 1993,.and ending June 30, 1994, is hereby
amended as attached hereto; said amended budget is incorporated
by reference as if set out in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
