AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A RESIDENTIAL ANTI -DISPLACEMENT
AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PLAN UNDER SECTION 104(D) OF THE
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974, AS AMENDED, FOR
USE IN THE LITTLEVILLE CDBG PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAME
WHEREAS, the Littleville CDBG Project requires the
City to adopt a Residential Anti -displacement and Relocation
Assistance Plan for use in the project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby approves and
adopts a Residential Anti -Displacement and Relocation
Assistance Plan under Section 104(d) of the Housing and
Community Development Act of 1974, as amended.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Residential Anti -Displacement and
Relocation Assistance Plan as set out in Section 1 above. A
copy of this Plan is attached hereto and incorporated by
reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
