AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE
PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION
OF PROPERTY OF K.P.T., INC., EXECUTIVE PARK PLAZA LOT 4 LOCATED
ON JACKSON STREET
WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission, at a
meeting held on June 7, 1993, adopted as a preliminary report a
plat of the proposed subdivision of property of K.P.T., Inc.,
Executive Park Plaza located on Jackson Street and by
Resolution dated September 20, 1993, recommended to the Board
of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, the adoption
of an ordinance approving the final plat of said subdivision
reflected thereon.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah
Planning Commission on September 20, 1993, entitled, "A
RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH
PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF
K.P.T., INC., EXECUTIVE PARK PLAZA LOT 4 LOCATED ON JACKSON
STREET," be approved as the final report of said Commission
respecting the matters set forth therein.
SECTION 2. That the subdivision of said property
shall be, and it is hereby, approved as shown on the plat
�.y referred to in said subdivision, which plat is entitled,
"Executive Park Plaza Lot 4," and said property is hereby
declared to be subdivided as shown on said plat.
SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or
provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative,
ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or
invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not
affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it
being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and
every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from
all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
