AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH FLORENCE & HUTCHESON, INC. FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has a need for
engineering services of a general nature, as well as project
related; and
\ WHEREAS, the City also has a need for field and
laboratory sampling and testing; and
WHEREAS, Florence & Hutcheson, Inc. has in its employ
persons experienced in the above-mentioned considerations.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an Agreement with Florence & Hutcheson,
Inc. for various engineering services. This Agreement is
attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set
out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
