ORDINANCE NO. 93-9-5-0/7
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A GRANT AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $750,000, AND OTHER
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND THE
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT, FOR
THE LITTLEVILLE RELOCATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has been awarded
$750,000 of CDBG Funds for the Littleville Relocation Project;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Mayor to execute
documents necessary to receive these funds.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized and directed
to execute a Grant Agreement in the amount of $750,000, and
other necessary documents between the City of Paducah and the
Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Local Government, for
the Littleville Relocation Project. A copy of this Agreement
is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully
set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
