ORDINANCE NO. 93-9-5014
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WAHL'S EXCAVATING,
INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $32,889.00 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BELL OAK
DRIVE IN PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of
Wahl's Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $32,889.00 for the
construction of Bell Oak Drive, said bid being in substantial
compliance with the bid specifications, and as contained in the
bid of Wahl's Excavating, Inc. dated September 7, 1993.
SECTION 2.
That the Mayor be authorized to execute a
contract with Wahl's Excavating, Inc. for the construction of
Bell Oak Drive, authorized in Section 1 above, according to the
specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 03-22-24-464.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publication
pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
