AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 33-26 (F) OF CHAPTER 331
SEWERS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 33-26 (F) of Chapter 33,
Sewers, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah is
hereby amended and reordained to read as follows:
f. The following limitations are established for
characteristics of any waste waters to be
discharged into the municipal sewer system.
