AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF JOHN S.
TALBERT AND ASSOCIATES IN THE AMOUNT OF $68,750.00, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT AND ALL DOCUMENTS
NECESSARY FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE LITTLEVILLE RELOCATION
PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the
proposal of John S. Talbert & Associates in the amount of
$68,750.00 for the administration of the Littleville Relocation
Project.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a contract and all documents necessary, as authorized
in Section 1 above, with John S. Talbert & Associates for the
administration of the Littleville Relocation Project. This
contract is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if
fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This project shall be funded by Community
Development Block Grant Fund.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
