IN THE AMOUNT OF $31,702.45 FOR INSTALLATION OF PERIMETER FENCE AT LANDFILL, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Jones Fence Co. in the amount of $31,702.45 for installation of perimeter fence at landfill, said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by Municipal Order passed by the Board of Commissioners on December 8, 1988, and as contained in the bid of Jones Fence Co. of January 5, 1989. SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Jones Fence Co. for installation of perimeter fence at the landfill, authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all,u�' contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid. SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 10-500-425-710. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof. GERRY B.
