ORDINANCE NO. 89-2-4190
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 88-12-4169
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay the sum of $37398789 3,434.68 to Stringfellow, Inc.
for the purchase of forks and arms for repairs to front
loader for use by the Refuse Department.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-420-322 shall
be charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. In order to maintain commercial
dumpsters, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance shall become effective with one reading.
