ORDINANCE NO. 89-1-4188
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $708.70 TO MITCHELL MACHINE SHOP FOR DUMPSTER
REPAIRS FOR THE REFUSE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay the sum of $708.70 to Mitchell Machine Shop for
dumpster repairs for the Refuse Department.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-420-312 shall
be charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
