ORDINANCE NO. 89-1-4187
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PAYMENT FOR SPECIAL DUTIES
TO RICHARD NASH, DIRECTOR OF PLANNING & COMMUNITY DEVELOP-
MENT, GARY VANDERBOEGH, CHIEF ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN, AND
JAMES W. UTTER, CORPORATION COUNSEL, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$900.00 EACH
WHEREAS, on September 13, 1988, Richard Nash,
Director of Planning & Community Development, Gary
VanderBoegh, Chief Engineerin% Technician, and James W.
Utter, Corporation Counsel, were appointed Intermediate
Supervisors during the vacancyiof the City Manager; and
WHEREAS, said responsibilities have increased the
workload of each of the above-named individuals; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Board of
Commissioners to grant payment for extra duties performed to
each of the above-named individuals.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Richard Nash, Director of y
Planning & Community Development, Gary VanderBoegh, Chief
Engineering Technician, and James W. Utter, Corporation
Counsel, are hereby granted payment for extra duties
performed in the amount of $900.00 each.
SECTION 2. The City Treasurer is instructed to
pay said amount to the above-named individuals.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
