AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO
AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND WASHBURN & KEY AND MARTIN W. OPERLE, FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A HANDICAPPED RAMP ON CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY AT
SEVENTH AND WASHINGTON STREETS
WHEREAS, Washburn & Key and Martin W. Operle are
the owners of certain real property located at Seventh and
Washington Streets; and
WHEREAS, Washburn & Key and Martin W. Operle have
requested from the.City of Paducah permission to use a
portion of City right-of-way for the construction of a
handicapped ramp.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter
into an Encroachment Agreement with Washburn & Key and
Martin W. Operle for the construction of a handicapped ramp
on City right-of-way at Seventh and Washington Streets.
SECTION 2. Said Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
