AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGISECTIONS 2-49 AND 2-50 "CITY MANAGER -
GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THECITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-49 "City Manager - Generally" of
the Code of Ordinances of the ,City of .Paducah, Kentucky, shall be
amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 2-49. City Manager - Generally.
The annual rate of compensation for the City Manager shall be
paid at the times other city salaries are paid, and shall be exclusive
of the compensation, if any, paid to him as a member of the Electric
Plant Board of the City."

SECTION 2. That Section 2-50 "Retirement account" of the

The city manager may,; at his option, be placed under the

and will become effective
upon publication of title and a certified
