HomeMy WebLinkAbout89-1-4181497 ORDINANCE NO. 89-1-4181 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF ALLEN, RUNDLE & GOLIGHTLY, P.S.C., CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, FOR A COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH FROM JULY 1, 1988, TO JUNE 30, 1989,, FOR SUM NOT TO EXCEED $46,500.00 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the proposal of Allen, Rundle & Golightly, P.S.C. Certified Public Accounts, for a comprehensive annual financial report of all city accounts, including the general fund, the police and firemen's pension fund, the appointive employees' pension fund, sewer system funds, parking facility funds, and other incidental accounting services, for a sum not to exceed $46,500.00, covering the period from July 1, 1988, to June 30, 1989; said proposal being according to the terms and conditions set forth in the letter of Allen, Rundle & l Golightly, P.S.C., Certified Public Accountants, to Mayor Geraldine Montgomery, dated December 7, 1988. SECTION 2. Payment for the audit expenses set forth in Section 1 above shall be made from the accounts in the general fund as set forth in the City of Paducah's Annual Budget for fiscal year July 1, 1988, through June 30, 1989. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon publication in full. GERRY B.
