ORDINANCE NO. 89-1-4176
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
\11 THE SUM OF $2,708.50 TO UNIVERSAL TIRE FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS
TO LANDFILL SCRAPER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay the sum of $2,708.50 to Universal Tire for a tire for
emergency repairs to the landfill scraper.
SECTION 2. Account No. 10-500-425-324 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
