ORDINANCE NO. 89-1-4175
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
THE SUM OF $6,966.16 TO ASPHALT PAVING INC. FOR MATERIALS
AND LABOR FOR PIPE INSTALLATION AT THE PADUCAH-McCRACKEN
COUNTY LANDFILL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized
to pay the sum of $6,966.16 to Asphalt Paving, Inc. for
materials and labor for pipe installation at the Paducah -
McCracken County Landfill.
SECTION 2. Account No. 10-500-425-710 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
